PRONEXA AG is a leading European provider of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance solutions for WEEE, batteries, and packaging. Working with a network of the leading PROs across 30 European countries, PRONEXA supports international producers in meeting EPR-compliance and recycling obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise international clients on EPR requirements and compliance obligations across Europe
- Assess customer product portfolios and business structures to determine legal obligations
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure internal knowledge transfer
- Coordinate with clients, partner organizations (PROs), and regulatory authorities
- Manage compliance reporting, deadlines, registrations, and documentation
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing account management
- Train customers on PRONEXA’s reporting and compliance platform
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and special projects
- Ensure timely fulfilment of reporting and regulatory requirements
Your Profile
- Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in compliance, project management, quality management, sales, purchasing, or a related area.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Strong digital affinity and confidence using Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of German B2 level, fluent business English required; additional languages are a plus
